• 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt n pepper to taste

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a Food Processor. Process briefly to combine, while the motor is running drizzle in 1 ½ cup olive oil. Mixture will become thick and pale. Taste, add lemon juice, salt and paper if necessary.
